REGISTRATIONS AND FEES
THANK YOU FOR ATTENDING THE INART CONFERENCE IN FUNCHAL 7-11TH SEPTEMBER 2026!
Please Note:
- Presenting authors are required to join the conference in person;
- Presenting authors must submit their abstracts before 31/03/2026 in order to be included in the final scientific program of InART2026;
- Accompanying persons must register separately;
- Students and PhDs will be asked to present proof of their status by uploading a copy of their student card (if in English) or a letter signed by their supervisor;
- Residents will be asked to present proof of address;
- To join the social dinner, there is an additional fee of €60.00;

- Registration will be confirmed after payment of the fee;
- Payment is not yet available;
- Earlybird tickets will be available from 28th May to 10th July;
- Regular tickets will be available from 11th July until the end of August.

Since the Workshop is limited to 30 participants, please send us an e-mail to check for availability before paying any Workshop fees.

The accompanying person fee includes

Only one accompanying person for each full conference registration.
The workshop fee includes
- Coffee break and lunch (1x);
- Conference bag;
- Attendance at the theoretical and practical workshop.
- Limited to the first 30 registrations;
The public fee includes
