REGISTRATIONS AND FEES

Please Note:

• Presenting authors are required to join the conference in person;
  
• Presenting authors must submit their abstracts before 31/03/2026 in order to be included in the final scientific program of InART2026;
  
• Accompanying persons must register separately;
  
• Students and PhDs will be asked to present proof of their status by uploading a copy of their student card (if in English) or a letter signed by their supervisor;
• Residents will be asked to present proof of address;
• To join the social dinner, there is an additional fee of €60.00;
  
• In case of any issues with the payment system, please contact us at: inart2026@uevora.pt;
  
• Registration will be confirmed after payment of the fee;
• Payment is not yet available;
• Earlybird tickets will be available from 28th May to 10th July;
• Regular tickets will be available from 11th July until the end of August.

After filling in the Registration Form, you may proceed to purchase your tickets below, under Registration Fees.
Since the Workshop is limited to 30 participants, please send us an e-mail to check for availability before paying any Workshop fees.
We kindly request you send proof of payment (and proof of student status or proof of address, if that is the case) to inart2026@uevora.pt.

• Workshop - limited to the first 30 registrations.

The accompanying person fee includes

• Coffee and lunch breaks (3x);
• Conference bag;
• One guided tour listed on the program;
• Social dinner.

Only one accompanying person for each full conference registration.

The workshop fee includes

• Coffee break and lunch (1x);
• Conference bag;
• Attendance at the theoretical and practical workshop.
• Limited to the first 30 registrations;
  

The public fee includes

• Access to all oral and poster sessions;
• Coffee breaks (3x);
