REGISTRATIONS AND FEES

Please Note:

• Presenting authors are required to join the conference in person;
  
• Presenting authors must register before 31/03/2026 in order to be included in the final scientific program of InART2026;
  
• Accompanying persons must register separately;
  
• Students and PhDs will be asked to present proof of their status by uploading a copy of their student card (if in English) or a letter signed by their supervisor;
• Residents will be asked to present proof of address;
• To join the social dinner, there is an additional fee of €60.00;

• Registration will be confirmed after payment of the fee;
• Payment is not yet available;
• Earlybird tickets will be available from 12th June to 10th July;
• Regular tickets will be available from 10th July until the end of August.

The accompanying person fee includes

• Coffee and lunch breaks (3x);
• Conference bag;
• One guided tour listed on the program;
• Social dinner.

Only one accompanying person for each full conferece registration.

The workshop fee includes

• Coffee break and lunch (1x);
• Conference bag;
• Attendance at the theoretical and practical workshop.
